2018 Nevada Museum Showcase

The Nevada Museum Showcase at Springs Preserve is your passport to Nevada’s museums! There you will learn about Nevada’s rich heritage of museums and cultural groups. This event brings together 20 different museums from across the state. The exhibits span Nevada’s cultural community and history. Each museum will provide a taste of its unique collections, exhibits, and experiences so you can create your own itinerary of future museum destinations. The Showcase is jointly hosted by the Springs Preserve and Nevada State Museum, Las Vegas.
The Showcase includes these amazing museums and cultural groups: Clark County Museum System, Discovery Children’s Museum, Fleischmann Planetarium, Las Vegas Natural History Museum, Las Vegas News Bureau, Lost City Museum, Museum of Gaming History, National Atomic Testing Museum, Nevada Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Nevada Museum of Art, Nevada State Museum Las Vegas, Nevada State Railroad Museum Boulder City, Springs Preserve, Sunnyside Museum, The Burlesque Hall of Fame, The Mob Museum, The Neon Museum, Tonopah Historic Mining Park, UNLV Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art, and Wilbur D. May Center.
Admission is free to all to the Springs Preserve on Wednesday, March 21, 10 am – 5 pm. This includes admission to Nevada State Museum, Las Vegas. Regular fee required for tickets to Butterfly Habitat, Train and Bike Rentals.
